These differences often result in discriminations at the workplace. It has been evident that discrimination is not only based on race and religion but on the basis of age and gender as well. However, this should not be the situation at a work place. While there have been many laws enacted to fight against the increasing discrimination, the situation still remain unchanged. People are experiencing discrimination in the form of harassment and crude remarks. The aim of the public service announcement is to create awareness among the people who bullies and get bullied on racial discrimination at workplace. Target Audience: The target audiences for this service are the local people of Malaysia. However, the advertisement can be made viral by using the social media platform as well. Other audiences are the government of Malaysia.
